Sahabat Laut Lestari kick-off meeting conducted on January 10-12, 2023 attended by all #TeamSLL with the agenda of preparing a work plan for 2023. During three consecutive days, #TeamSLL evaluated the work plan in 2022, discussing problems, challenges and steps forward for 2023.
First Day : Problem Statement
The first day of #TeamSLL evaluated the work plans that have been running in 2022 and the work plans that are still pending implementation including potential problems and challenges that will be faced in 2023. From the results of the evaluation of the 2022 work plan, so far it is still in accordance with the flow of the work plan in 2022. Some work plans that are still pending will be implemented in 2023 with the structured concept.

Second Day : Mapping Solution
The topic of discussion for the second day of this Sahabat Laut Lestari kick-off meeting is the problems faced by Sahabat Laut Lestari both internally and externally. #TeamSLL brainstorm and discuss the main points of the problem and the solution to be prepared. This is a challenge for Sahabat Laut Lestari to become a better implementer.

Third Day : Collaboration and Develop 2023 Workplan
All the results of the discussions will be the 2023 work plan carried out on the third day. With the preparation of this work plan, the goal of Sahabat Laut Lestari to help and facilitate the community and processing company in digital fisheries improvement can be implemented.
